Flavour – Blueberry

Method:

1.     Mix 300gm of full cream milk,100gm milkmaid and 100g of premix.

2.     Blend well milk and premix using hand or commercial blender to get perfect product.

3.     Rest blended mix for 5 to 10 mins in refrigerated temp.

4.     Never add two different batches of mix without washing machine & utensil properly.

5.   After blending mix into milk it should be always stored at -18⁰C.
